Curiosity as Strategy

What is one leadership skill that becomes more important — not less — in the age of AI?     Curiosity.

In rapidly changing environments, the leaders who thrive are not those who claim to have all the answers — but those who ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and continuously learn.

I’m excited to share a new article I co-authored with Sara Gao from The Wharton School exploring the role of curiosity in leadership and professional effectiveness.
